Michigan High School Basketball - Marcellus can't hold off Beatty

The Beatty Rangers basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Marcellus Wildcats to 38 in the Rangers league triumph on Friday.
The Rangers now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Decatur for a Southwest 10 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Beatty will battle a Raiders team coming off a 54-27 league loss to Bloomingdale (Bloomingdale, MI). The Raiders record now stands at 5-10.
The Wildcats (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hartford (Hartford, MI). The Indians enter the Southwest 10 contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Hartford nudged Bangor (Bangor, MI), 39-37, in a league contest.
