Wabasso Rabbits (Wabasso, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cedar Mountain Cougars (Morgan, MN), 54-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wabasso upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Rabbits travel to New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN) to play the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 4-11. New Ulm Cathedral lost 72-29 in their recent league bout against Sleepy Eye (Sleepy Eye, MN)

Next up, the Cougars play the Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN) in a A Section 2 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Cedar Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 72-29 league win over New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN).
