The North Springs Spartans basketball team (Atlanta, GA), was overwhelmed 75-44 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA)
The Knights now possess a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chattahoochee for a AAAAA Region 6 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Centennial will confront a Cougars team coming off a 61-41 league loss to Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 6-17.
The Spartans (3-17) will now prepare for their battle against Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Bears come into the AAAAA Region 6 battle with a 16-7 record. In their last battle, Cambridge trounced Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA), 61-41, in a league battle.
