In Friday's league outing, the Central Chargers (Macon, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Jordan Red Jackets (Columbus, GA), by a count of 87-36.
The Chargers (22-1) will now prepare for their outing against Spencer (Columbus, GA). The Greenwave go into the AA Region 2 outing with a 12-9 record. In their last outing, Spencer was crushed by Northeast (Macon, GA), 47-46, in a league outing.
The Red Jackets now hold a 6-16 record. They play next when they host Northeast for a AA Region 2 outing on Tuesday, February 7. Jordan will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 47-46 league win over Spencer (Columbus, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 14-7.
