Clarenceville Trojans (Livonia, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy Sentinels (Brighton, MI), 45-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Clarenceville upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Whitmore Lake (Whitmore Lake, MI) to play the Trojans in a Tri-County bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 11-4. Whitmore Lake won 40-36 in their recent league bout against Roeper (Birmingham, MI)

Next up, the Sentinels play the Huron Valley Lutheran Hawks (Westland, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Red bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Hawks come into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 47-24 league win over Parkway Christian (Sterling Heights, MI).
