The Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Law Lawmen (Milford, CT), 44-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Rams (4-12) will now prepare for their test against Mercy (Middletown, CT). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Mercy got by Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT), 60-45, in a non-league test.
The Lawmen now own a 0-16 record. They play next when they host Sacred Heart Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Law will encounter a squad coming off a 60-50 league win over Mercy (Middletown, CT). The record now stands at 13-4.
