The Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH) basketball nipped the visiting Coe-Brown Academy Bears (Northwood, NH), 42-40 in Friday's league test.
The Knights (1-11) will now prepare for their test against Derryfield (Manchester, NH). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Derryfield got by Milford (Milford, NH), 43-27, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Stark for a Division II test on Tuesday, February 7. Coe-Brown Academy will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 59-31 league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, NH). The Generals record now stands at 5-6.
