Lawrence Tigers (Lawrence, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI), 38-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lawrence upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to Lake Michigan Catholic (St. Joseph, MI) to clash with the Lakers in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White bout on Monday, February 6. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Lake Michigan Catholic won 43-35 in their recent league bout against River Valley (Three Oaks, MI)

Next up, the Colts clash with the Centreville Bulldogs (Centreville, MI) in a Southwest 10 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Comstock will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 50-29 league loss to Mendon (Mendon, MI).
