Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Crestwood Knights (Sumter, SC) and the visiting Lakewood Gators (Sumter, SC), saw Crestwood's basketball squad wallop Lakewood by a tally of 64-27.

With the victory, Crestwood improves its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Camden (Camden, SC) to confront the Bulldogs in a AAA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 23-2. Camden won 84-41 in their recent league challenge against Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC)

Next up, the Gators confront the Darlington Falcons (Darlington, SC) in a AAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Lakewood will attempt to improve on its 9-11 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 62-31 league loss to Crestwood (Sumter, SC).
