In Friday's non-league outing, the Highwood Mountaineers (Highwood, MT) basketball squad felled the visiting Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine (Denton, MT), by a margin of 41-30.

The Mountaineers (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Grass Range/Winnett (Grass Range, MT). The Rangers go into the non-league outing with a 2-9 record. In their last outing, Grass Range/Winnett was beaten by Belt (Belt, MT), 59-18, in a non-league outing.
