Elk Mound Mounders (Elk Mound, WI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Glenwood City Hilltoppers (Glenwood City, WI), 80-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Elk Mound upgrades its record to 17-1 on the season. The Mounders travel to Colfax (Colfax, WI) to play the Vikings in a Dunn-St. Croix bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 15-3. Colfax won 55-45 in their recent league bout against Mondovi (Mondovi, WI)

Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Boyceville Bulldogs (Boyceville, WI) in a Dunn-St. Croix bout, on Friday, February 10. Glenwood City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record.
