The Eureka Tornadoes (Eureka, KS) basketball knocked off the visiting Neodesha Blue Streaks (Neodesha, KS), 54-40 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tornadoes (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Council Grove (Council Grove, KS). The Braves go into the non-league test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Council Grove went down by Marion (Marion, KS), 33-25, in a non-league test.
The Blue Streaks now own a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Humboldt for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Neodesha will encounter a Cubs squad coming off a 54-38 non-league win over Caney Valley (Caney, KS). The Cubs record now stands at 7-8.
