Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL), 54-46 in a league bout.

With the victory, Glenbrook South upgrades its record to 22-6 on the campaign. The Titans host Schurz (Chicago, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 8-10. Schurz won 35-23 in their recent non-league battle against Marine Leadership Academy (Chicago, IL)

The Wolves (8-18) will now prepare for their battle against Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Blue Demons come into the non-league battle with a 3-26 record. In their last battle, Maine East was toppled by Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL), 60-21, in a league battle.
