The Warrensburg Burgers (Warrensburg, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Granville Golden Horde (Granville, NY), 40-30 in Friday's league test.
The Burgers (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Hartford Central (Hartford, NY). The Tanagers go into the non-league test with a 6-11 record. In their last test, Hartford Central went down by Hadley Luzerne (Lake Luzerne, NY), 42-41, in a league test.
The Golden Horde now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Hartford Central for a non-league test on Friday, February 10.
