The Hancock Central Bulldogs basketball team (Sparta, GA), was overwhelmed 68-29 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Johnson County Trojans (Wrightsville, GA)

The Trojans now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Screven County for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 4. Johnson County will confront a Gamecocks team coming off a 48-39 league win over Metter (Metter, GA). The Gamecocks record now stands at 13-8.

The Bulldogs (0-18) will now prepare for their battle against Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA). The Warriors come into the A D2 Region 5 battle with a 3-20 record.
