The Mounties now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coldwater for a Interstate 8 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Northwest will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 35-20 league win over Marshall (Marshall, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 15-1.

The Beavers (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Sturgis (Sturgis, MI). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 2-14 record. In their last battle, Sturgis was routed by Plainwell (Plainwell, MI), 62-23, in a league battle.
