Louisiana High School Basketball - Holy Savior Menard knocked off by Rosepine

The Rosepine Eagles basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Holy Savior Menard Eagles to 65 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 25-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Avoyelles for a 2A District 4 contest on Tuesday, February 7. Rosepine will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 59-48 league loss to Glenmora (Glenmora, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 20-8.

The Eagles (26-4) will now prepare for their contest against Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Warriors enter the 2A District 4 contest with a 15-12 record. In their last contest, Oakdale ran past Pickering (Leesville, LA), 59-24, in a league contest.
