The Idalou Wildcats routed the visiting Slaton Tigers basketball team by a final score of 75-37 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Abernathy Antelopes (Abernathy, TX) in a 3A Region I District 2 game, on Tuesday, February 7. Idalou will attempt to move on its 21-12 season record. The Antelopes enter the game with a 15-10 record after their 54-16 league loss to Childress (Childress, TX).
With the defeat, Slaton moves to 9-16 on the year.
