In Friday's non-league outing, the Lourdes Eagles (Rochester, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN), by a margin of 57-24.

The Eagles (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Dover-Eyota (Eyota, MN). The Eagles go into the AA Section 1 outing with a 10-10 record. In their last outing, Dover-Eyota was trounced by Chatfield (Chatfield, MN), 60-58, in a league outing.

The Komets now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Cannon Falls for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Kasson-Mantorville will encounter a Bombers squad coming off a 60-49 league win over La Crescent (La Crescent, MN). The Bombers record now stands at 7-13.
