Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ketchikan Kings (Ketchikan, AK) and the host Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK), saw Ketchikan's basketball squad overcome Palmer by a tally of 44-36.

With the victory, Ketchikan improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Kings travel to West Valley (Fairbanks, AK) to confront the Wolf Pack in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Wolf Pack come into the challenge with a record of 9-3. West Valley won 43-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK)

Next up, the Moose confront the Anchorage Christian Lions (Anchorage, AK) in a 4A Northern Lights challenge, on Wednesday, February 8. Palmer will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 89-18 non-league win over Valdez (Valdez, AK).
