The Ringgold Tigers (Ringgold, GA) basketball felled the visiting LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA), 48-34 in Friday's league test.
The Tigers (8-14) will now prepare for their test against Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA). The Trojans go into the AAA Region 6 test with a 5-16 record. In their last test, Gordon Lee went down by Bremen (Bremen, GA), 46-30, in a league test.
The Ramblers now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Ridgeland for a AAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, February 7. LaFayette will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 68-31 league loss to Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-15.
