The Salem Sundevils (Virginia Beach, VA) basketball nipped the visiting Landstown Eagles (Virginia Beach, VA), 35-32 in Friday's league test.
The Sundevils (16-3) will now prepare for their test against First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA). The Patriots go into the Beach test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, First Colonial got by Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA), 65-49, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Kempsville for a Beach test on Tuesday, February 7. Landstown will encounter a Chiefs squad coming off a 88-15 league win over Tallwood (Virginia Beach, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 14-6.
