Minnesota High School Basketball - Lewiston-Altura knocked off by St. Charles

The St. Charles Fighting Saints basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Lewiston-Altura Cardinals to 52 in the Fighting Saints league triumph on Friday.
The Fighting Saints now sport a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mabel-Canton for a non-league contest on Monday, February 6. St. Charles will battle a Cougars team coming off a 55-35 league loss to Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 6-14.
The Cardinals (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against La Crescent (La Crescent, MN). The Lancers enter the AA Section 1 contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, La Crescent was defeated by Cannon Falls (Cannon Falls, MN), 60-49, in a league contest.
