Georgia High School Basketball - Miller County ripped by Mitchell County

February 3, 2023: Camilla, GA 31730

The Mitchell County Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Miller County Pirates to 29 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quitman County for a A D2 Region 1A contest on Friday, February 10.

The Pirates (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA). The Indians enter the A D2 Region 1B contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Seminole County was routed by Early County (Blakely, GA), 47-36, in a league contest.
