Southridge Suns (Kennewick, WA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Pasco Bulldogs (Pasco, WA), 59-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Southridge upgrades its record to 2-8 on the campaign. The Suns travel to Hermiston (Hermiston, WA) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 8-11. Hermiston lost 76-41 in their recent league bout against Chiawana (Pasco, WA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia bout, on Saturday, February 4. Pasco will attempt to upgrade on its 0-18 season record. The Braves come into the bout with a 16-2 record after their 54-49 league win over Richland (Richland, WA).
