With the victory, Steele improves its record to 24-11 on the campaign. The Knights host East Central (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Hornets in a 6A Region IV District 27 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 24-11. East Central won 59-45 in their recent league challenge against New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX)

Next up, the Rattlers confront the Judson Rockets (Converse, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 27 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. San Marcos will attempt to improve on its 13-18 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 21-11 record after their 69-46 league win over Clemens (Schertz, TX).
