In Friday's league outing, the South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK) basketball squad edged the host Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK), by a count of 34-27.
The Wolverines (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Mustangs go into the 4A Cook Inlet outing with a 4-4 record.
The Cougars now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Eagle River for a 4A Cook Inlet outing on Tuesday, February 7.
