Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host King William Cavaliers (King William, VA), 29-18 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Charles City upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to West Point (West Point, VA) to play the Pointers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Pointers come into the bout with a record of 1-6.

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines (Chester, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. King William will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
