The Clarke County Eagles basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Mountain View Generals to 11 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rappahannock County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Clarke County will meet a team coming off a 43-12 non-league loss to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA). The record now stands at 0-16.
The Generals (3-17) will now prepare for their contest against Page County (Shenandoah, VA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Page County triumphed over Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA), 36-28, in a non-league contest.
