The Cleveland Storm basketball team (Rio Rancho, NM), was nudged 45-39 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Volcano Vista Hawks (Albuquerque, NM)

The Hawks (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Highland held off Grants (Grants, NM), 42-36, in a league outing.

The Storm now own a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sandia for a non-league outing on Wednesday, February 8.
