In Friday's non-league match, the visiting George Wythe Maroons basketball team scored a decisive 43-17 triumph over the Grayson County Blue Devils.
In their next game, the Maroons face the Graham G-Men (Bluefield, VA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 8. George Wythe will attempt to move on its 19-0 season record.
With the defeat, Grayson County moves to 6-8 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Giles (Pearisburg, VA) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Thursday, February 9. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 8-7. Giles lost 39-38 in their recent non-league match against Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA)
