The Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV) basketball nipped the host Las Vegas Wildcats (Las Vegas, NV), 36-33 in Friday's league test.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV). The Desert Shields go into the test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Cheyenne was tipped by Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV), 45-28, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 0-6 record.
