The High Point Central Bison basketball team (High Point, NC), was overwhelmed 71-24 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC)
The Golden Eagles now possess a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern Guilford for a battle on Tuesday, February 7. Ben L. Smith will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 59-54 non-league win over Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-11.
The Bison (2-17) will now prepare for their battle against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Camels come into the battle with a 8-12 record. In their last battle, Atkins trounced Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC), 42-39, in a non-league battle.
