The Patton Panthers basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Brevard Blue Devils to 39 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chase for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Patton will battle a Trojans team coming off a 63-42 non-league loss to Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 10-9.

The Blue Devils (13-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC). The Bearcats enter the contest with a 6-15 record. In their last contest, Hendersonville was defeated by West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC), 53-38, in a non-league contest.
