With the victory, East Wilkes improves its record to 15-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Starmount (Boonville, NC) to confront the Rams in a challenge on Friday, February 10. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Starmount won 49-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Alleghany (Sparta, NC)

Next up, the Vikings confront the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. North Stokes will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Sauras come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 52-41 league win over Starmount (Boonville, NC).
