The Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) basketball felled the visiting Franklinton Rams (Franklinton, NC), 42-28 in Friday's league test.
The Knights (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Firebirds go into the test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Southern Nash thwarted Rocky Mount (Rocky Mount, NC), 66-36, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky Mount for a test on Tuesday, February 7. Franklinton will encounter a Gryphons squad coming off a 66-36 non-league loss to Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Gryphons record now stands at 9-7.
