The Fulton Falcons basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Austin-East Roadrunners to 52 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Falcons now sport a 23-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gatlinburg-Pittman for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Fulton will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 81-61 league loss to Alcoa (Alcoa, TN). The Highlanders record now stands at 20-4.
The Roadrunners (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against Pigeon Forge (Pigeon Forge, TN). The Tigers come into the 2A District 2 contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Pigeon Forge dropped by Seymour (Seymour, TN), 82-66, in a non-league contest.
