Texas High School Basketball - Reicher Catholic edges Faith Academy

The Reicher Catholic Cougars (Waco, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Faith Academy Flames (Marble Falls, TX), 58-51 in Saturday's league test.
The Cougars (22-7) will now prepare for their test against Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX). The Crusaders go into the TAPPS 3A District 3 test with a 13-15 record. In their last test, Round Rock Christian Academy got by Central Texas Christian (Temple, TX), 75-62, in a league test.
The Flames now own a 19-9 record. They play next when they travel to Brazos Christian for a TAPPS 3A District 3 test on Tuesday, February 6. Faith Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 67-55 league loss to Live Oak Classical (Waco, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 14-4.
