The Covenant Christian Cougars (Conroe, TX) basketball knocked off the host Providence Classical Paladins (Spring, TX), 64-56 in Saturday's league test.

The Cougars (19-13) will now prepare for their test against Legacy Christian Academy (Beaumont, TX). The Warriors go into the TAPPS 2A District 6 test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Legacy Christian Academy notched a victory over Chinquapin (Highlands, TX), 63-21, in a league test.

The Paladins now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Covenant Christian for a TAPPS 2A District 6 test on Friday, February 9.
