Maine High School Basketball - Thornton Academy succumbs to Deering

The Deering Rams topped the host Thornton Academy Trojans basketball team by a final score of 66-58 in Saturday's league game.
In their next game, the Rams face the Sanford Spartans (Sanford, ME) in a AA South game, on Tuesday, February 6. Deering will attempt to move on its 7-10 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 8-8 record after their 55-52 league loss to Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME).
