The J.P. Stevens Hawks basketball team scored 57 points and held the host East Brunswick Vo-Tech to 34 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hawks now sport a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perth Amboy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. J.P. Stevens will meet a Panthers team coming off a 65-56 non-league loss to Sayreville (Parlin, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 7-15.
The (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against Lakewood (Lakewood, NJ). The Piners enter the non-league contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Lakewood was routed by Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ), 69-37, in a non-league contest.
