Michigan High School Basketball - Farmington can't hold off Harper Woods

The Harper Woods Pioneers basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Farmington Falcons to 65 in the Pioneers league triumph on Saturday.

The Pioneers now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southfield Arts & Tech for a Oakland - White contest on Tuesday, February 6. Harper Woods will battle a Warriors team coming off a 63-51 league loss to Athens (Troy, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 2-14.

The Falcons (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Seaholm (Birmingham, MI). The Maples enter the non-league contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Seaholm was nudged by Groves (Beverly Hills, MI), 56-40, in a non-league contest.
