In Saturday's non-league match, the host Fellowship Christian Paladins basketball team scored a tight 53-47 triumph over the Whitefield Academy WolfPack.
In their next game, the Paladins meet the Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA) in a AA Region 8 match, on Tuesday, February 6. Fellowship Christian will attempt to better on its 8-15 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 19-5 record after their 71-68 league loss to Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA).
With the defeat, Whitefield Academy moves to 9-16 on the year.
