The Stanley Blue Jays basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Hazen Bison to 44 in the Blue Jays non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blue Jays now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dunseith for a A Region 3 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Stanley will battle a Dragons team coming off a 63-35 non-league loss to Thompson (Thompson, ND). The Dragons record now stands at 3-14.
The Bison (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Watford City (Watford City, ND). The Wolves enter the A Region 4 contest with a 3-12 record. In their last contest, Watford City was routed by Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND), 88-51, in a league contest.
