The Newark Tech Terries basketball team (Newark, NJ), dropped 75-64 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Immaculate Conception Lions (Montclair, NJ)
The Lions now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Caldwell Tech for a non-league battle on Sunday, February 4. Immaculate Conception will battle a Eagles team coming off a 72-57 non-league loss to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.
The Terries (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ). The Bengals come into the Super Essex - Liberty battle with a 9-13 record. In their last battle, Bloomfield prevailed over American History (Newark, NJ), 72-55, in a non-league battle.
