The Lawton-Bronson Eagles basketball team scored 36 points and held the host River Valley Wolverines to 35 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now sport a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Sioux for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8.

The Wolverines (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest Webster (Manson, IA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Northwest Webster was nudged by South Central Calhoun (Lake City, IA), 61-51, in a non-league contest.
