The Lone Grove Longhorns (Lone Grove, OK) basketball knocked off the visiting Little Axe Indians (Norman, OK), 75-60 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Longhorns (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Sulphur (Sulphur, OK). The Bulldogs go into the Lake Country test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Sulphur notched a victory over Dickson (Ardmore, OK), 70-42, in a league test.
The Indians now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Davis for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Little Axe will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 35-22 non-league win over Coalgate (Coalgate, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 14-7.
