Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Worland Warriors (Worland, WY) and the host Lyman Eagles (Lyman, WY), saw Worland's basketball squad knock off Lyman by a count of 62-53.

With the victory, Worland upgrades its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Warriors host Powell (Powell, WY) to play the Panthers in a 3A Northwest challenge on Friday, February 9. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 14-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Rawlins Outlaws (Rawlins, WY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Lyman will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Outlaws come into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 44-31 non-league win over Newcastle (Newcastle, WY).
