In Saturday's league outing, the Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Musselman Applemen (Inwood, WV), by a count of 80-56.
The Bulldogs (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Washington (Charles Town, WV). The Patriots go into the Eastern Panhandle outing with a 7-7 record. In their last outing, Washington was crushed by Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV), 70-46, in a league outing.
The Applemen now hold a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Spring Mills for a Eastern Panhandle outing on Friday, February 9. Musselman will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 64-55 non-league win over Millbrook (Winchester, VA). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-0.
