Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the White River Valley Wildcats (Royalton, VT) and the visiting Woodstock Wasps (Woodstock, VT), saw White River Valley's basketball squad wallop Woodstock by a tally of 78-30.

With the victory, White River Valley improves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Leland & Gray (Townshend, VT) to play the Rebels in a Southern Vermont - C challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 2-13. Leland & Gray lost 68-57 in their recent league challenge against Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH)

Next up, the Wasps play the Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT) in a Southern Vermont - C challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Woodstock will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 89-44 non-league win over Long Trail (Dorset, VT).
